Me Expanded

Lisa Shinault was born in Jesup, Georgia in 1967 and now resides in Decatur, Georgia.
She received a B.F.A. degree in Painting from Savannah College of Art and Design in
1989, as well as an award for Excellence in Painting for that year.  In Atlanta, she has
freelanced for Custom Tile Design and The Alliance Theater, among others.  Recent
gallery exhibitions have been based in Atlanta at The Alcove Gallery, as well as Seven
Stages Theater Gallery.   She also designs and paints custom commissioned work mostly
on ceramic tile.  Her paintings can be seen this  April in a group show entitled “In
the Mix: A Baker’s Dozen”, at the Abernathy Arts Center in Sandy Springs, GA.
