Wishing Swan
This commissioned sculptural mosaic with an elegant centrally based Black Swan was custom designed with requested heirloom pieces including a removable rhinestone pendant so that the Black Swan serves as both a guardian and jewelry holder. While creating, I chose other found objects sent as options for to use, then added found items from my personal tesserae collection, assembled and presented on a shaped wood base.
